Born on 18 Aug 1881 and baptised on 27 Sep 1881 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire son of George Edward and Emma (Bunting) Gee of Nottingham. Educated at the Royal Masonic School 1891-96. He emigrated to Glenavon, Saskatchewan, Canada to be a farmer.

Wartime Service

Enlisted on 23 Dec 1914 in Grenfell, Saskatchewan, Canada and was killed with two of his colleagues on mounted patrol in action at Vimy Ridge in France.
