Born on 27 Jan 1867 son of Maj. William Thomas Johnson (Indian Army) and W. J. (Poyser) Johnson. Educated at the United Services College 1882-84. Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant Indian Army on 14 Mar 1888, Lieutenant 19 Mar 1890.

Wartime Service

Promoted Major on 14 Mar 1906. Killed in action in Pakistan.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
