Born in Cheltenham in 1882, the daughter of Oscar William de Satge de Thoren and Alice (nee Drury). One address given for her is 88 Drayton Gardens, South Kensington.

Wartime Service

She served with various Voluntary Aid Detachment (VADs): Connaught Military Hospital, Aldershot 1st September 1916 to 2nd December 1916, then Military Hospital, Birmingham from2nd December 1916 to 10th May 1917.


She died in Pwllheli, Caernarvonshire, Wales of septic poisoning contracted on duty.
