He parents were William and Sarah Ann Horn. 

Wartime Service

He enlisted in the army in February 1916 and was posted to France in August of that year. He was wounded in the late September 1916 and evacuated to a base hospital. He was then transferred to King Georges Hospital, London, where he died of his wounds.

His mother and sister (Hilda Mary) also share the grave.
