Frederick Cleveland was first identified in the Absent Voter Records for Abbots Langley for Autumn 1918 and Spring 1919, where his address was given at 10 Nash Mills, Abbots Langley. He was not included in any other Parish records. He was recorded serving as a Sapper with the 5th Company of the Royal Engineers.

No other information has been found for this man.

Frederick Cleveland survived the War.
