Biography

Scott Potter was first identified from a report in the Hertfordshire Advertiser newspaper on 18th March 1916. At this point in the War Scott was reported serving as a Lieutenant with the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC). Previously he had been employed at the Leavesden Asylum as the Assistant Medical Officer.

His Medal Roll indicated that his commission was listed in the London Gazette Supplement on 4th January 1917. It also noted that he had been “mentioned in despatches”.

No further information has been found for this person.

Scott Potter survived the War.
