Biography

He was killed as a result of an air-raid on the Vauxhall Works in Luton during which time several other people were killed or injured. See also Ofw Georg Anthony buried in Hitchin cemetery and in this database. 


He is buried in the Municipal Borough of Luton Cemetery and his name additionally appears on the Vauxhall Motors 1939-1945 Memorial in Luton. He is also remembered in the Civilian War Dead Section of the Register held by the Commonwealth.

He was the son of Albert Francis and Azah Green of 9A, Bucklersbury, Hitchin.
