Biography
He is remembered at the Metropolitan Borough of Chelsea in London and in the section of the Civilian War Dead Register. The circumstances of his death are not known but probably the result of a German air raid on the capital.
He was the son of Mary Ann Mitchell of 51, Brampton Park Road, Hitchin. He lived with his wife Margaret Mary at 17, Cadogan House, Beaufort Street which is in the Borough of Chelsea.
