This man is believed to have worked for John Dickinson at either the Aspley or Croxley mills(*1).


The memorials record him as Private G Gunn, Suffolk Regiment So far we have been unable to Identify a suitable candidate in that regiment. He is possibly the following man, who does have a connection to Tring about 10 miles from the Apsley Mill but a positive connection to either of these locations has yet to be identified and the regiment is different from the one recorded..
